The role of Logistics Coordinator involves ensuring seamless production operations and conducting product inspections. Weekend shifts are required, and we offer a competitive starting pay of $18.87 per hour, including a $2 night shift differential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate effective communication and teamwork across departments to optimize workflow.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment through adherence to 5S practices.
  • Follow established operation and inspection standards to carry out job tasks efficiently and accurately.
  • Prepare the work area with necessary resources for optimal process flow.
  • Adhere to safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment.
  • Handle hazardous materials in accordance with safety guidelines.
  • Ensure proper documentation of process information and promptly report any issues to supervisors.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work in an organized manner
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination

Physical Demands:

Walking, sitting, standing, lifting objects up to 50 pounds, and other physical tasks may be required.

Work Environment:

The work environment is controlled and protected from external weather conditions, with minimal noise levels.

Compensation:

$20.87 per hour
