About the Role: As a key member of our cleaning team at Healthcare Services Group, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our healthcare facilities. Your primary focus will be on performing floor maintenance of hard surface and carpet, including dusting, wet mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, extraction, and bonneting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dust and clean all areas, including floors, walls, and ceilings
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of storage rooms and closets
  • Empty trash and recycling receptacles as needed
  • Assist with other cleaning tasks as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience
