Are you looking for a challenging role where you can utilize your analytical and communication skills to support the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) Real Estate Contracting Officer (RECO)?

PolyCon Solutions, a certified participant of the U.S. Small Business Administration 8(a) Program and an Economically Disadvantaged Woman Owned Small Business (EDWOSB), is seeking a Business Analyst to assist with the disposition of land assets for the F26 Real Property Disposition program.

The ideal candidate will be a reliable self-starter who can prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and adapt to changing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in lease termination processes to dispose of leasehold interests in real property.
  • Prepare documentation for land sales through the General Services Administration (GSA).
  • Maintain and upload lease data into the F26 Real Property Disposition Knowledge Services Network (KSN) database.
  • Track environmental screening data and facilitate stakeholder actions on a set schedule.
  • Provide administrative support for tracking program planning documents, scheduling meetings, performing lease research, examining title and land ownership, preparing data reports, developing agendas, tracking action items and milestones, and recording minutes.
  • Offer backup support to the Program Analyst.
Requirements:
  • Experience supporting the FAA is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in MS Office capabilities, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, is essential.
  • Familiarity with navigating a KSN site or database as a user is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to interface with customers and collaborate in a cross-discipline team environment are crucial.
  • Strong written skills, including grammar, spelling, and formatting, as well as proofreading and editing skills.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work well in a collaborative team setting.
  • Ability to complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with strong time management skills.
  • A US Citizen or legal resident for three of the past five years and eligibility for a US Public Trust security clearance are mandatory.
Desired Skills:
  • Experience with the FAA's Corporate Work Plan (CWP) and Real Estate Management System (REMS).
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business/program or management.

PolyCon Solutions offers a competitive salary range of $ $65,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, short- and long-term disability insurance, life insurance, 401K, paid government holidays, and Paid Time Off (PTO).
