Qualifications:
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline. An MBA or Master's degree in a relevant area is preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 10 years in talent management, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
  • Skills:
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic talent management programs.
    • Strong leadership and team management capabilities with the ability to inspire and engage a diverse workforce.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven history of building strong relationships across all organizational levels.
    • Expertise in data analysis and the ability to utilize insights for informed decision-making.
