Job Description

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in providing high-quality care to patients in their homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication difficulties in patients.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs and goals.
  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to patients in their homes, promoting independence and improving communication skills.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients and their families.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes, utilizing electronic medical records to track and analyze data.
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in North Carolina.
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
  • Experience working with adult and geriatric populations, preferably in home health care settings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records and other software applications used in home health care.
