  • Dimensional Layout Inspection: Execute complex inspections based on operation sheets and blueprints to verify dimensional accuracy.
  • Documentation: Complete Inspection Method Sheets and ensure special process certifications align with part specifications.
  • First Article Inspection (FAI): Perform 1st piece/FAI inspections, with familiarity in Inspection Xpert/Net-Inspect being a notable advantage.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a quality inspector in Aerospace, Medical, or a similar industry.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong ability to analyze manufacturing methods and procedures, with a focus on GD&T.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills combined with strong analytical and shop math abilities.
  • Software Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with layout tools is a plus.
Working Conditions:
  • Weekly Hours: 40-45 hours per week
  • Shift: 4:30 PM - 1:00 AM (We may have an early shift open, too)
  • Employment Type: Full-Time, On-site
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Salary: $20-$26 per hour, based on experience
  • Sign-On Bonus: Up to $1500 after successful completion of a 90-day introductory period
