About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Systems Engineer to join our team at NICE. As a key member of our cloud infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud-based systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement cloud-based systems, including infrastructure, platforms, and applications.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including technical guides and user manuals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud-based systems with other NICE systems.
  • Provide Level 1 technical support for security-related issues and troubleshoot hardware, application, and OS problems.
  • Maintain IT asset management systems and ensure compliance with security standards.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including technical guides and user manuals.
  • Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation schedule to ensure timely resolution of critical issues.
Requirements
  • BS/BA in Computer Science or Information Systems.
  • 6+ years of system administration experience in a Windows server environment.
  • Proficient with Windows PowerShell or other current scripting languages.
  • Strong working knowledge of TCP/IP network fundamentals and common protocols such as FTP, SSH, SMTP, HTTP, HTTPS.
  • Experience with various systems management, monitoring, diagnostic, and troubleshooting tools.
  • Understanding of computer systems characteristics, features, and integration capabilities.
  • Certification in vendor or industry technologies, e.g. Microsoft, Linux, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a data center environment.
  • Experience in virtualization.
  • Experience working in a Security compliant environment (e.g. PCI/SOX/HiTrust/ISO).
