Role Summary

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex general commercial litigation matters and working collaboratively with experienced attorneys.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of commercial litigation principles and practices, with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. They will also have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex general commercial litigation matters, with a focus on document review and production.
  • Work closely with a team of experienced attorneys to support client cases.
  • Provide expert legal advice and guidance, including research and analysis.
  • Prepare high-quality documentation, including legal memoranda and discovery responses.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in general commercial litigation.
  • Strong understanding of commercial litigation principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • J.D. from a top law school and admission to the New York Bar.
