As a Graphic Designer, you will take charge of the overall design and creation of illustrative, graphic, and visual content for the organization. Your responsibilities will include preparing visual presentations by crafting art and copy layouts. Collaboration will be key, as you will work closely with the marketing director, senior communications manager, and business-unit marketing managers to produce top-tier designs for the company’s external website, marketing collateral, digital and print advertising, event promotional materials, and social media graphics, as well as emerging online channels.

Remote Work Opportunity: This position allows for remote work.

Work Schedule: Initially, 10-15 hours per week for the first month, transitioning to 5-10 hours per week thereafter, primarily during business hours.

Compensation: $24 to $30 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory; a degree in Fine Arts is preferred.
  • Proven experience in vector-based high-resolution design.
  • Extensive proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Familiarity with CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript.
  • A minimum of 3 years in professional commercial design, ideally within a marketing or creative agency.
  • Strong adaptive design skills and aesthetic sensibility.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Exceptional client service skills.
  • Capacity to accept and apply constructive feedback from peers and clients.
  • Strong layout skills.
  • Creative mindset.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.

Compensation Details: $24.00 to $30.00 per hour.
