As a caregiver, you will provide essential physical and emotional support, fostering a nurturing atmosphere for our residents. This position also allows you to cultivate important skills such as empathy, patience, and effective communication.


Your key responsibilities will include:
- Offering compassionate companionship and aiding residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance.

- Administering prescribed medications and injections in accordance with medical directives.

- Maintaining a clean and safe living environment, which may include light housekeeping tasks.

- Adhering to health and safety protocols, including strict infection control measures.

- Observing and reporting any changes in residents' health status to the supervising staff.

- Assisting residents with repositioning and mobility as per the care plan.

- Accurately documenting medication administration and other care-related activities.

- Exercising sound judgment in providing care and ensuring resident safety.

- Collaborating with team members to ensure comprehensive care.

- Responding promptly to resident needs and requests.

- Assisting with meal service and dietary needs.

- Performing additional duties as assigned by supervisory staff.
