We are currently seeking skilled Audio Visual (AV) Specialists to fulfill critical roles in the AV industry.
This position offers a pathway to permanent employment for qualified individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and configure AV systems including displays, audio equipment, and communication devices.
- Oversee audio quality, video presentations, and lighting to guarantee optimal performance.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems as they occur, including sound issues, video disruptions, or equipment failures.
- Conduct regular maintenance on AV systems to ensure they remain in excellent working order.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing questions, requests, or concerns related to AV services.
- Work closely with clients to identify their specific requirements and customize AV solutions to meet those needs.
- Adhere to industry standards and regulations for electrical, audio, and visual installations.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in pulling, running, labeling, dressing, and terminating various types of cabling, including cat5, cat6, fiber, coaxial, AV wire, fire alarm, and security systems.
- Ability to configure, maintain, and troubleshoot data networks and related technologies.
- Experience in system testing and documentation.
- Proficiency in installing telecommunications equipment, including switches and routers, and collaborating with other contractors efficiently.
- Knowledge of Creston, Extron, and CTS is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Must pass a background check.
