Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Curriculum Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have expertise in English Language Arts and be responsible for developing and/or acquiring Common Core aligned curricular resources. This role requires collaboration with department leadership and other curriculum specialists to maintain an in-depth understanding of National and Pennsylvania Common Core State Standards. The specialist will also be responsible for planning and administering professional development opportunities for Principals and Teachers in the use of the curriculum engines and other curricular related resources.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Master's degree from an accredited college or university
• Five years of full-time experience as a regularly appointed teacher in a specific content area
• Experience supporting teachers in improving instructional practices, participating in curriculum development, and providing professional development
