Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and available resources.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and effective treatment outcomes.
- Provide a continuum of short and long-term psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient treatment and progress.
- Assess and manage suicidal and homicidal risk, and respond to crisis situations in a timely and effective manner.
- Doctorate in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as a Clinical Psychologist in the state of Illinois, Missouri, Oklahoma, or Wisconsin.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
