About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Licensed Psychologist to join our team as a Radically Open (RO)-DBT Specialist. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to work with patients who suffer from over-control and provide them with the tools and support they need to lead fulfilling lives.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual sessions to patients using the RO-DBT approach
  • Co-facilitate adult and adolescent RO skill classes
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Participate in weekly consultation team meetings to discuss cases and share expertise
Requirements
  • Master's or doctoral degree in a clinical mental health field (e.g. MSW, Professional Counselor, Ph.D.)
  • Full licensure to practice independently in the State of Missouri
  • Some RO-DBT training or current enrollment in the RO-DBT Blended Learning training program
  • Credentialing-eligible for managed care panels in Missouri
