About the Role:

  • Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis machines.
  • Float to various clinics during and after training to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification is a plus.
