Service Advisor

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Loves Travel Stops and Country Stores. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for driving sales success in our Truck Care facilities through salesmanship, leadership, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and clean facility, ensuring a positive experience for customers.
• Greet customers, address vehicle service needs, and document issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide detailed repair cost estimates, sales promotions, and obtain necessary approvals and payments.
• Keep customers updated on vehicle status and provide comprehensive explanations of completed work, handling customer complaints and resolving concerns.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service or sales, preferably with a valid driver's license and clean safety record.
• Ability to pass a drug screening and medical exam as per regulations.
