As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for our corporate shared services teams in marketing, accounting/finance, HR, and other related areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and recruiting candidates for corporate shared services roles
  • Working closely with executive leadership on high-priority roles
  • Leading the entire recruiting cycle from sourcing to onboarding
  • Delegating tasks to team members and ensuring they have the necessary tools to succeed
  • Leading internship initiatives, career fairs, and facilitating related HR tasks

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in corporate recruiting
  • Experience sourcing talent for marketing, accounting/finance, HR, and other related corporate roles
  • ATS experience
  • Experience leading a team with direct reports
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Experience refining job requirements and working with executive stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Oracle's ATS system
  • Experience with international sourcing
