Position Overview

  • Operate safely both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Rigorously follow all safety protocols and guidelines
  • Actively participate in fostering a strong team atmosphere by supporting colleagues in reaching shared objectives
  • Assess and evaluate various electro-mechanical systems
  • Install and remove AC and DC electric motors, align equipment with precision, interpret measuring instruments such as micrometers, replace bearings, and ensure critical components are torqued to specified standards
  • Clean electro-mechanical systems using advanced techniques such as bead blasting, ice blasting, and solvent cleaning
  • Complete assigned tasks in accordance with operational policies and procedures
  • Adhere to established operating policies and procedures

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with AC/DC motors
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to execute instructions with accuracy
  • Capability to thrive in a dynamic environment, adhere to standardized procedures, and apply strong analytical problem-solving skills in a continuous improvement setting
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members
  • Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends, and be available for on-call duties
  • Proficiency in basic mathematical functions, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, as well as understanding fractions and percentages
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Valid Driver's License and a satisfactory driving record
