Job Summary:

The Investment Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining rigorous compliance standards while supporting the overall efficiency of the Cash Control team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Opening and bundling live fee checks
  • Scanning checks and imaging documents
  • Logging and processing checks under dual control, ensuring each is accurately accounted for with account numbers noted prior to processing
  • Preparing paperwork for third-party checks
  • Submitting requests and creating correspondence

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in banking
  • BA degree preferred
  • Microsoft experience
