Job Description

Your primary responsibility will be to maintain the cleanliness and organization of our residents' apartments, common areas, lounges, and offices. This includes:

  • Daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules
  • Sweeping, dusting, dust mopping, and wet mopping all floors and stairways
  • Cleaning, sanitizing, and polishing lavatory, shower, and sink fixtures
  • Maintaining equipment and materials in a clean and orderly condition
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed as a Housekeeping Specialist, you should possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous housekeeping experience (desired but not required)
  • The ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff
  • A commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
