Join Our Team as an Operating Room Surgical Technician

The Regional Hand Center is in search of a skilled Operating Room Surgical Technician to become a vital part of our Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) team. This full-time role offers a stable work schedule from Monday to Friday, with weekends and holidays off, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support various phases of the surgical procedure
  • Supply surgeons with sterile instruments and materials during operations
  • Participate in scrubbing for a variety of surgical cases
  • Assist in the efficient turnover of operating rooms between procedures
  • Ensure surgical rooms and supply carts are adequately stocked in coordination with materials management
  • Maintain and manage surgical equipment

Work collaboratively with colleagues to foster a safe working environment and guarantee exceptional patient care. Engage with multiple departments to keep all relevant parties informed.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Completion of an accredited Surgical Technician training program
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Ability to demonstrate mental and physical dexterity
  • Exemplary work ethic and reliability
