Personal Care Provider

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Provider to join our team at Guardian Angel Senior Services. As a Personal Care Provider, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of elderly and disabled individuals by providing them with the care and support they need to live safely and independently in their own homes.
The ideal candidate will have a warm and accepting attitude toward people, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to respect confidentiality. You will be responsible for assisting clients with personal care and home management, facilitating activities of daily living, and ensuring client safety at all times.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a $250.00 sign-on bonus, mileage pay, and paid time off. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to earn an additional $1.00 per hour every two weeks through our Merit Program.
Some of the responsibilities of this job include:
- Assisting clients with 1 on 1 personal care and home management as instructed by and documented on the written plan of care.
- Assisting and facilitating activities of daily living (ADLs) such as personal-care and hygiene, leisure activities and socialization.
- Helping local seniors at home with shopping and/or light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation and companionship.
- Ensuring client safety at all times.
Requirements include a compassionate, warm and accepting attitude toward people, ability to respect confidentiality of patients and families, and excellent customer service skills. You must also have a car, a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
