- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree and current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Indiana
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
This position requires the ability to work in a patient care environment, which may involve physical exertion, frequent changes in job demands, and exposure to bio-hazards.
Physical DemandsThis position requires the physical ability and stamina to perform the essential functions of the position, including walking/standing for prolonged periods, pushing carts/wheelchairs up to 50 pounds, and providing CPR.
