Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our process improvement team, you will be responsible for analyzing data to understand process capability and monitor process trends to drive continued manufacturing excellence. Your expertise in process improvement and cost reduction projects will be crucial in enhancing our manufacturing capabilities through the implementation of new ideas and methods. You will interface with operators, team leaders, and peers to develop and implement process, equipment, or safety improvements into manufacturing. Additionally, you will support the transfer of new cabling technology, materials, or processes from development to production.

Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in an Engineering Discipline
  • Creative/innovative problem-solving skills
  • Able to collaborate across organizational boundaries and integrate solutions
  • Results-oriented and high commitment
  • The ability to learn new technology and processes quickly
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work on an independent basis in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Experience with statistical data software such as Minitab or JMP
  • Skill with Structured Problem Solving such as DMAIC
  • Knowledge of plastic extrusion technologies, Cabling processes and equipment, and/or UV Curable technologies
  • Project Management including Cost Estimation, Project Planning, and Execution
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $79,997.00 - $109,996.00 per year, assuming full-time status. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, pension plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, and paid time off.
