The successful candidate will have a strong background in engineering principles and practices, with the ability to analyze data and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to production operations to ensure efficient and effective manufacturing processes.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, working closely with operators, team leaders, and peers.
  • Interface with development teams to transfer new technologies and processes into production.
  • Develop and maintain accurate documentation of manufacturing processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in an Engineering Discipline.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and processes quickly, with a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

  • A competitive salary range of $79,997.00 - $109,996.00, dependent on experience and qualifications.
