Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Training Specialist to join our team at Integral Care. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting training activities and coordination related to the SAMHSA Mental Health Awareness Training (MHAT) for Service Providers & Families of Armed Service Personnel & Veterans Grant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct all training activities and coordination related to the MHAT grant
  • Establish cooperative and collaborative partnerships throughout the veteran community to facilitate scheduling and facilitation of Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Veteran-module trainings, Counseling on Access to Lethal Means (CALM), and Safety Planning Intervention (SPI) trainings
  • Plan and perform all training programs under the grant
  • Maintain the necessary curriculum for MHFA, CALM, and SPI to meet the needs listed in the grant
  • Assist in collecting and analyzing all data as listed in the grant
Requirements
  • Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field
  • Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record

  • Veteran or family member of a Veteran
  • Bilingual preferred
