  • Verify and enter accurate demographic and insurance information into an electronic medical record computer software system. \t
  • Greet and meet the needs of our consumers with a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills. \t
  • Work on an on-call as needed basis, providing flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. \t
  • Utilize computer knowledge to efficiently manage patient data and maintain accurate records. \t
  • Collaborate with the Business Office team to ensure seamless patient registration and admissions processes. \t
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of hospital policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations. \t
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and technologies.

  • Computer knowledge and experience with electronic medical record systems. \t
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams. \t
