Job Title: Home Infusion Nurse

Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Home Infusion Nurse to provide high-quality patient care and support our team in delivering exceptional patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our team to meet positive client care outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including administering IV therapy and monitoring patient conditions.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws.

Requirements:

  • Current and unrestricted RN license
  • 3 years' experience as an RN, preferably with some home care experience and exceptional IV skills
  • A Bachelor of Science in nursing or an associate degree in nursing from an accredited and approved nursing program
  • Current CPR certification
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the US
  • Successfully pass annual competency checks
  • Clean background and criminal record and must pass drug test

Physical Demands:

Required to stand, walk, sit, talk, and hear; required to use hands to operate vehicles and office equipment; must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs; specific vision requirements for this job include: close, distance and peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus, reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position without compromising patient care.
