Job Summary:
We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at the Park Rapids Hwy 34 Clinic. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to provide high-quality care to patients in need.
About the Job:
This full-time position requires a PT to evaluate, plan, and implement care for patients using clinical practice guidelines and Essentia Health policies. You will work with a diverse caseload, providing therapy evaluation, treatment planning, patient education, and discharge planning. Additional responsibilities include documentation, billing, scheduling management, and administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients with various medical conditions, including neurological disorders, orthopedic injuries, and general medical conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient needs and goals.
- Provide patient education on proper techniques, exercises, and lifestyle modifications to promote optimal health outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have a Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program and a current license in the state where you will be practicing. Experience in inpatient or post-acute rehabilitation settings is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a willingness to work weekends and adapt to changing schedules.
What We Offer:
As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
