Practice Details

  • We have a 16-provider primary care practice with over 12 specialists on site, providing a collaborative environment for patients and physicians alike.
  • Patient encounters typically average 18-22 patients per day, allowing for efficient and personalized care.
  • The practice offers 34 patient contact hours per week, ensuring a balanced workload.
  • Call frequency is approximately one call per month, which includes a phone consultation only after initial nurse triage.
  • We are looking for a full-time (1.0 FTE) or less physician with flexible scheduling options.
  • Our physicians use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care, promoting a cohesive and effective treatment plan.
  • We utilize a fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC) system for seamless data management.

Qualifications

  • We seek a graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency training program.
  • Board certification or eligibility with the ABMS or AOA is required.
  • Licensure through the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice must be obtained or maintained.
  • The ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota is necessary.
  • Credentialing and privileges threshold criteria/qualifications must be met if applicable.
