Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cardiology Department Supervisor to join our team at Trinity Health. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for providing clinical guidance and supervision to our Cardiology Department staff, ensuring that high-quality patient care is delivered in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to Cardiology Department staff, ensuring that quality care is delivered to patients of all ages.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and efficient workflow.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to staff members as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical research and best practices in cardiology and radiology.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing, Radiologic Technology, or other healthcare discipline.
  • Minimum of five years of direct patient care/clinical experience, with at least two years in a leadership role.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification and annual BLS verification.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
