We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Social Worker to join our Wraparound team at Seneca Family of Agencies. As a key member of our team, you will provide culturally-sensitive, trauma-informed, and family-centered clinical services to youth and families in need.
Responsibilities- Conduct intake assessments, safety and treatment planning, crisis intervention, and discharge planning as needed
- Provide clinical support in case planning and consultation to team members
- Complete clinical and mental health documents, incident reports, and other necessary documentation in a timely manner
- Participate in a rotational back-up on-call system for crisis support
- Coordinate and provide linkage to additional clinical support as needed
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work
- Registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) as an ASW, AMFT, APCC, or full licensed therapist
- Ability to work in a rotating emergency on-call system, scheduled ahead of time
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and insurability through Seneca Family of Agencies' insurance policy
- TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and any other state/federal licensing or certification requirements
- Proof of up-to-date COVID-19 vaccination
- Experience directly supporting racially and ethnically diverse youth who may identify as part of the LGBTQ+ community
- Time management skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities
- Starting salary range: $78,358 - $92,358 per year, commensurate with experience
- Additional compensation upon passing a bilingual language proficiency exam
- Additional $4,000 salary increase for BBS licensure
- Salary increases each year
- $3,000 sign-on bonus
- Mileage reimbursement
- Relocation assistance may be available
- Stipends provided to staff members participating in the emergency on-call shifts
- 5 weeks of flexible paid time off and 11 paid holidays
