Medical Care Specialist

The hospital is accredited by The Joint Commission and provides an extensive array of diagnostic and medical care, including nationally recognized cardiovascular care, critical care, surgery, neurosurgery, orthopedics, pulmonary services, 24/7 emergency services, and wound care center.
The Registered Nurse is directly responsible and accountable for the care given to his/her Med/Surg Ortho Joint assigned patients. He/She communicates with physician about changes in the patients clinical condition including cardiac monitoring, results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care and coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements:
- Previous Acute Care hospital experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
