Job Title: Licensed Land Surveyor

A leading civil engineering firm in Rancho Cordova, CA, is seeking a skilled Licensed Land Surveyor to contribute to their team's success. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D, as well as strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct property boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and aerial mapping control
  • Prepare Final Maps, Parcel Maps, and Record of Surveys
  • Perform ALTA Land Title Surveys, Right of Way surveys, and As-built surveys
  • Process conventional and GNSS data, both RTK and Static, including GNSS Post-Processing
  • Resolve boundary matters and prepare final maps
  • Collaborate with the Survey Manager and other team members to ensure project success
Requirements:
  • Licensed Land Surveyor in California
  • 5-10+ years of experience with all types of surveying, mapping, boundaries; subdivision, commercial & landscape experience required
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
  • Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
  • BA Degree required for a Civil Engineer
  • Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Ability to work onsite 5 days a week, from the office in Rancho Cordova, CA
