Heavy Equipment Road Mechanic Job Opportunity

Talon Recruiting has partnered with a leading Heavy Equipment rental company to find a skilled Heavy Equipment Road Mechanic to join their team in Columbus, OH.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel to customer job sites for on-site diagnostics and repairs as necessary
  • Perform all levels of preventive maintenance and planned maintenance on equipment
  • Repair and maintain electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and engine-related systems on various equipment
  • Assist customers via telephone with troubleshooting equipment issues
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3+ years' relevant experience
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record (CDL is a plus)
  • Ability to lift 100 pounds with assistance
  • Proficiency with electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently
