Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced caregiver to join our team. As a caregiver, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one care and support to our clients in Lake and Porter counties in northwest Indiana.

Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship, conversation, and activities to enhance the client's quality of life
• Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Prepare meals, run errands, and transport clients to appointments
• Charting and reporting: communicate concerns and changes in condition to the office and care team members

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1-year experience caring for a senior or adult
• Warmth and compassion for people under your care
• Ability to competently communicate and perform assigned tasks
• Completion of a criminal background check, BMV check, TB test, and drug screen
• Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
