We offer an estimated salary range of $109,000 - $159,500 annually, depending on qualifications and location. As a Senior Product Experience Designer, you will be responsible for defining the analytics experience across our Specialty Pharmaceutical Distribution digital product portfolio. This includes working on analytical tools and dashboards that combine clinical, financial, and operational data to equip providers with more efficient control of their practices' financial performance.
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience designing digital and physical products utilizing human-centered methodologies. You should possess strong analytical skills, including data analysis, reporting, and proficiency in analytical tools/environments. Additionally, you should be proficient in data visualization of large data volumes for multiple form factors.
In this role, you will ensure a coherent and consistent user experience across reporting and data visualization tools. You will define a design language for visualizing across product touch points and establish principles and best practices for data display and reporting. You will also discover both quantitative & qualitative insights and translate them into actionable design tasks.
You will work collaboratively with cross-functional partners and internal/external stakeholders to deliver an exceptional analytics experience with accurate & easily understood information through reporting/dashboard design and visual storytelling. The successful candidate will demonstrate qualities of transparency, trust, vulnerability, psychological safety, and collaboration.
