About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Platform Architect to join our team at Ingredion. As a key member of our Digital Customer Experience team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data governance policies and procedures to maintain data quality and reporting accuracy across Salesforce functional clouds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and drive adherence to standards relative to SFDC data models, including Accounts, Contacts, and Opportunities.
  • Support the design and adoption of enterprise end-to-end business process standards, KPIs, and scorecards for the Global Platform clouds.
  • Provide thought leadership and recommendations on emerging and suitable Salesforce and broader Salesforce ecosystem capabilities and tools.
  • Ensure Salesforce platform integrity by monitoring the health of our org and data within, including associated integrations.
  • Work with IT partners to implement optimized archiving policies and enable strict data security policies via Shield and other tools.
  • Coordinate review and release of upcoming Salesforce and third-party managed package changes.
  • Support change management strategy and plans, including training and communications, to drive adoption and usage of CRM processes and systems/tools.
  • Support strategy to build CRM analytics to inform strategic decision making and identification of growth opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant business and/or technology-focused discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of Salesforce functional/architect experience in Commercial, Marketing, Multi-Channel Sales, CRM, Customer Experience Management, and/or related fields.
  • Deep expertise in and knowledge of leading practices for the platform management and development to create value.
  • Salesforce certification is highly desired.
  • Ability to prioritize and develop business propositions that translate into actionable initiatives.
  • Experience in leading and managing complex projects with corresponding change management.
  • Ability to travel up to 15%+ of the time.
