This role will evaluate current SFDC processes and business use cases to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions aimed to automate and streamline sales and supporting processes to increase productivity, user experience and adoption, and eliminate technical debt. The role will also oversee any data integration or migration projects to ensure seamless data flow across systems.More specifically the role will prioritize standardization of the Salesforce data models and optimize processes and cloud interdependencies in order to: 1) improve opportunity pipeline accuracy and visibility; 2) reduce user burden, making the platform invaluable to users; 3) improve the availability and quality of data to enhance business outcomes and enable an improved Customer Experience; and 4) advance analytics to provide actionable insights for Go-To-Market (GTM) teams and the broader organization to support strategic decisions, investments and identification of growth opportunities.Core Responsibilities:• Develop and drive adherence to standards relative to SFDC data models- e.g., Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities; define how these should be administered across clouds to assure consistent use, data interoperability, and analytics/reporting• Support design, and adoption of enterprise end-to-end business process standards, KPIs and scorecards for the spectrum of the Global Platform clouds while accommodating regional needs• Provide thought leadership and recommendations on emerging and suitable Salesforce and broader Salesforce ecosystem capabilities and tools that create value for GTM employees and customers which will aid in forming a healthy and sustainable long-term Salesforce roadmap• Ensure Salesforce platform integrity by monitoring the health of our org and data within, including associated integrations• Work with IT partners to implement optimized archiving policies as well as enabling strict data security policies via Shield and other tools.• Coordinate review and release of upcoming Salesforce and third-party managed package changes with Global CRM Manager, CRM Regional leads, impacted Business Stakeholders, and IT Partners• Support change management strategy and plans, including, with others, training and communications and corresponding KPI's/Dashboards, to drive adoption and usage of CRM processes and systems/tools to deliver business impact• Support strategy to build CRM analytics to inform strategic decision making and identification of growth opportunitiesThis position is well-suited for you if you bring:- A passion for customers, demonstrated business acumen and digital first mindset- Sufficient Salesforce technical depth and understanding of Salesforce architecture and data models, and dependencies across clouds is required. Certifications are a strong plus.- Experience managing and or implementing Salesforce Clouds within the context of a deeper and broader Enterprise Architecture, and familiarity with Sales, Marketing and or Commercial processes- Understanding of the lead-to-cash processes, preferably within a B2B manufacturing environment- Process and functional orientation, data management with analytical skills to identify opportunities and drive optimization- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively and influence various levels of the organization across functions and or a variety of cultures/geographies- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively within a fast-paced environment- Experience working in a B2B environment and/or the manufacturing industry, preferably within the food, nutritional, specialty chemical industries or other relevant B2B environments.Qualified candidates will have:• Bachelors' degree in a relevant business and or technology focused discipline.
