Job Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for a harm reduction specialist to join our team at Community Access Inc. As a harm reduction specialist, you will work with individuals who are struggling with substance abuse and other risky behaviors to provide them with the support and resources they need to live healthy and fulfilling lives.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide engagement and support services to tenants engaging in risky behaviors
- Develop and implement harm reduction strategies to reduce risky behaviors
- Provide consultation, training, and support to program staff in their work with tenants engaging in risky behaviors
- Collaborate with other organizations and stakeholders to promote harm reduction practices

Requirements and Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Three to five years of experience working with substance abuse and psychiatric disabilities
- Thorough understanding of harm reduction
- Commitment to recovery-oriented practice
- Must be fingerprinted and cleared by the Office of Mental Health (OMH)
