Role Summary:
As a Risk Analyst, you will be at the forefront of cybersecurity within the largest FinTech organization globally. Utilizing your advanced technical expertise, you will safeguard FIS against potential threats while collaborating with business leaders to identify risks, assess control effectiveness, and encourage ongoing enhancements.

Team Dynamics:
Our Risk Management team operates in alignment with specific business units rather than a centralized function. This role is part of the audit and assessment team, which handles various internal and external audits/assessments alongside daily management of business risk challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the strategic goals of the risk management program are achieved, including executing risk assessment activities, coordinating risk responses, and validating programs.

• Analyze significant incidents and advise business leaders on necessary actions to avert future occurrences.

• Conduct risk assessments related to Data Protection, Supplier Management, and Enterprise Risk Management programs, as well as other consulting initiatives across various risk areas, identifying potential issues, control deficiencies, and opportunities for process improvements.

• Document risk analyses and controls, evaluating control design and promoting continuous improvement.

• Manage specific risk exposure areas.

• Execute risk assessment activities and coordinate responses to identified risks.

• Review significant incidents and provide guidance to business leaders to prevent recurrence.

• Conduct risk assessments for data protection, supplier management, and enterprise risk management initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Experience in network security or server/endpoint security.

• Background in information security auditing.

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Typically requires a minimum of three years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CISSP or CISA certification is highly desirable.

• Experience in risk assessment or internal auditing is preferred.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career path and competitive compensation. The salary range for this full-time position is $52,000.00 to $86,000.00, reflecting the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries based on the role, level, and location. Within this range, actual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
