Hemodialysis Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Hemodialysis RN to join our interdisciplinary team at Encompass Health. As a Hemodialysis RN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals requiring hemodialysis treatment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to inpatients in need of hemodialysis, including assessing patient needs, developing personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns.
- Supervise care and treatments, conduct patient assessments, and educate nursing staff on hemodialysis standards of care.
- Build rewarding relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid in their recovery.
- Current RN licensure as required by state regulations.
- CPR certification.
- ACLS within 1 year of hire.
- CRRN certification preferred.
- 6 months dialysis nursing experience required.
- 1 year of experience in inpatient hospital setting preferred.
