We are seeking a skilled Rose Garden Specialist to join our team. This role reports directly to the Area Rose Service Manager and requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

• The successful candidate will have experience in rose garden maintenance, including pruning, fertilizing, and pest control.
• They will also be responsible for coordinating with ARSM to set annual performance goals and metrics aligned with company strategy.
• Our ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate garden conditions and identify potential problems.
