Job Overview

Position Summary: The role involves leading the development of electrical power load assessments and comprehensive construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the creation of detailed electrical power load studies.
  • Direct the formulation of complete electrical power construction packages, ensuring they meet the standards for Professional Engineer approval and are ready for authority plan review.
  • Manage the drafting of thorough electrical power specifications that align with the company's construction packages.
  • Coordinate the preparation of electrical power bills of materials and liaise with suppliers for equipment pricing.
  • Conduct field verification walkdowns, including the documentation of existing Electrical and E&I infrastructure.
  • Perform factory acceptance testing on electrical power systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Completion of the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) Exam is required; a Professional Engineer License is preferred or the ability to obtain licensure within two years.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in developing comprehensive electrical construction and specification packages suitable for Professional Engineer approval, including the following:
