Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure club pick up orders are filled accurately and efficiently, contacting members to notify of any delays or issues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the parking lot and cart area.
  • Assist members with loading and unloading their vehicles, and provide support with other tasks as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for members.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
