Your Role:


As the Aircraft Structures Technician, you will work alongside a dynamic team of skilled technicians and specialists responsible for the mechanical maintenance and repair of various commercial aircraft while utilizing state-of-the-art equipment.

Your technical skills will be crucial in ensuring the effectiveness and reliability of our customers' aircraft while adhering to all F.A.A. policies and regulations.



Key Responsibilities:


- Remove and replace aircraft components using specialized tools while following verbal and written instructions, including directives from Crew Chief and Lead personnel, to complete all routine and non-routine tasks efficiently.

- Provide training and support for lower skill levels.

- Maintain and store tools in a serviceable condition.

- Follow safe maintenance practices and maintain a clean work environment.

- Successfully complete any required training courses as designated by the Training Department.

- Undertake any additional tasks assigned by your Crew Chief or Lead.


Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- An FAA Airframe certification is mandatory.
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in commercial aircraft heavy maintenance is essential.
