Main Responsibilities
  • Review records and enter schedules or deadlines into the docketing system as needed.
  • Generate and proofread routine and specialized docketing system reports, as well as generate and distribute docket reports in accordance with the Docketing Department's reporting schedule.
  • Stay up-to-date on state, federal, and judges' rules, preferences, and standards for date calculations and distribute that information to team members.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and 4 years minimum experience in litigation.
  • Experience with CourtAlert or other docketing systems is preferred.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Document Management System (DMS).
  • Familiarity with PACER and Electronic Court Filings (ECFs).
  • Excellent research, analytical, and reasoning skills, including a demonstrated understanding of how data interrelates.
