About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Attending Physician to serve as Medical Director for our skilled nursing facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing medical care and providing high-quality services to residents. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in primary care and experience in healthcare management.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing medical direction and oversight to facility staff

  • Managing resident care and making medical decisions

  • Collaborating with nurse practitioners and physician assistants to manage day-to-day care

  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives and programs

  • Supervising facility clinical staff and providing guidance

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records

Requirements:

  • Board certification in family medicine or internal medicine

  • Experience in healthcare management and leadership

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
