Key Responsibilities- Provide routine daily nursing care and services to assigned patients, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Assist patients with bathing, dressing, and personal grooming, as well as provide exercise and mobility support.
- Document patient information and vital signs, and report any changes or concerns to the nurse supervisor.
- Participate in center/agency surveys and continuing educational programs to stay up-to-date on industry developments.
- Comply with corporate compliance program and follow established safety regulations.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- On-the-job training provided.
- Temporary Nurse Aide certification required, with no adverse findings on Criminal Background Checks.
