The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience working as a clinical medical assistant in a physician office or clinic setting. They will also possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Room patients and confirm their reason for appointment
  • Clean and set up treatment rooms, ensuring proper sterilization and packaging
  • Document pharmacy calls, relay messages to doctors and patients, and deliver test results
  • Order tests and prescriptions as requested by physicians
  • Scan documents into patient files and maintain accurate records

Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of one year of experience working as a clinical medical assistant in a physician office or clinic setting
  • Graduate of an accredited Medical Assisting program
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Current Healthcare Provider CPR certification (prefer AHA)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail, organized, and able to multitask
